摘要
从住宅的建造过程和使用过程两个角度出发,全面分析传统住宅的能耗现状与工业化住宅的节能优势。基于此,从节能、节地、节水以及节材四方面对工业化住宅与传统住宅进行比较分析,并结合国外工业化住宅实例进行论证,得出工业化住宅具有明显的节能优势。可以预见,大批量工业化住宅的建造与使用,将是解决传统住宅能耗状况严重的有效途径与手段。
By analyzing the energy consumption of traditional houses,this article finds that the energy consumption of traditional houses is in serious condition.It then analyzes comparatively the energy-saving advantages of industrialized houses from the perspective of energy-saving,land-saving,water-saving and material-saving.With examples from foreign industrialized houses,it draws a clear energy-saving advantage of the industrialized houses.It is concluded that building the industrialized houses in a large scale will be effective ways of solving serious energy consumption in traditional houses.
