摘要
采用亲水性聚醚多元醇(PPE)与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应的预聚体等作为灌浆材料A组分,不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)、PPE和3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)等作为灌浆材料的B组分,常温下A、B组分混合固化获得一种具有高遇水膨胀率的防水堵水材料。讨论了B组分中固化剂类型、催化剂用量、A组分中预聚体的NCO含量、填料用量、R值等对灌浆材料性能的影响。结果表明,当B组分中固化剂为PEG600、PPE和MOCA混合物,催化剂质量分数在0.1%~0.5%、预聚体NCO基质量分数为5%~7%、填料质量分数为5%~7%、R值为0.90~1.10之间时,灌浆材料性能较好,遇水膨胀率较高;耐盐性能和反复膨胀性能都表现优异。
The preparation of water-swellable grouting material for water-leakage prevention was introduced in the paper. The grouting material had two components:A component was polyurethane prepolymer prepared by PPE and TDI, B component was a new type hydrophilic mixture of PEG, PPE and MOCA as curing agents. The water-stop material could also promote the water swelling ratio. The influence of curing agent types, catalyst amount, NCO content of prepolymer, fillers amount, and R( the ratio of NCO/OH)on grouting materials properties was discussed. The result showed that the grouting material had excellent grouting property, water swelling performance, salt-resistant property and the cycle of swelling test when curing agent types of B was mixture of PEG600 ,PPE and MOCA, catalyst content was 0. 1% -0. 5%, NCO% was 5% -7%, fillers amount was 5% -7%, R was 0. 90 - 1.10 .
