电磁直接加热在聚氨酯浇注设备上的应用

摘要 介绍了电磁加热的工作原理、特点及在聚氨酯浇注设备上的应用,比较了电磁直接加热、电磁加热导热油和电热管加热导热油3种加热方法在聚氨酯浇注设备的能耗。实践表明,采用电磁加热导热油比电热管加热能耗降低约42%,而采用电磁直接加热方法比电热管加热方法能耗降低64%左右。 The working principle, features and the configuration of electromagnetic heating were described. The application on polyurethane casting equipment was introduced. Energy consumption by using three modes of heating on PU casting equipment was compared, including electromagnetic heating directly, heating transfer oil by electromagnetism and heating transfer oil by heating pipes. Results showed that heating transfer oil by electromagnetism saved over 42% energy compared with heating transfer oil by heating pipes, and electromagnetic heating directly saved about 64% energy compared with heating transfer oil by heating pipes.
