摘要
核心人才是图书馆可持续发展的内在动力,实施核心人才储备计划是图书馆人才战略必然的选择。从分析图书馆实施核心人才储备计划的动因入手,阐述其实施步骤,并在此基础上系统研究相关的保障措施,指出:必须采取以清晰的"人力资源战略"为导向,以科学的"核心人才模型"为依据,以完善的"绩效考评体系"为基础,以高效的"职业培训方案"为保证。
The core talents are the internal driving force of the library's sustainable development and the plan of library's talents stockpile is the inevitable choice of the library's talents' strategy. After analyzed the motivation of the plan of the library's talents stockpile, the paper described the implementation steps, and on this basis studied systematically the relevant security measures. It points out that we must adopt a clear human resources strategy as orientation, put the scientific talents model as the foundation, put the blameless performance evaluation system as the basis, put the efficient vocational training program as the guarantee.
