随着数字图书馆相关技术和理论的深入发展,知识管理在图书馆中的作用越发显得重要。近年来,图书馆界对推行知识管理的理论认知逐步深入,但推行实施仍面临困难重重。本文尝试对图书馆推行知识管理提出初步的解决方案。

Knowledge management is more and more important in library as the depth development of digital library-related technologies and theories. In recent years, the theory of knowledge management is emphasized in Library, but the practice is still facing much difficulty. This paper tries to provide the solution to the implementation of knowledge management in library.
