摘要
个人数字图书馆的广泛创设,不仅涉及他人作品的版权保护,而且也涉及创设者自身有关作品的版权保护问题。为了防范和减少相关版权纠纷,有必要提高个人数字图书馆创设者的版权保护意识,进一步规范网络服务器的个人数字图书馆构建平台和相关服务,及时采取措施,防止版权侵权行为影响的扩大。
The widespread creation of personal digital libraries not only involves copyright protection for others＇ works, and also involves copyright protection for the creators＇ own works. To prevent and minimize copyright-related disputes, it is imperative to heighten the copyright protection awareness and consciousness amongst personal digital libr.ary creators, and strengthen regulation of personal digital library development platforms and related services of web servers as well as take measures in due course tO curb copyright infringement behaviors.
