科学规划 选好样点 培育特色——以浙江树人大学特色培育为例

Scientific Planned,Selected Good Sample and Cultivated Characteristics:Taking the Characteristic Cultivation in Zhejiang Shuren University as an Example

特色培育是高校在高等教育大众化形势下赖以生存和发展的重要战略手段,是高校可持续发展的重要抓手。浙江树人大学在2009年着力进行特色培育,确定了学校重点培育的六个特色项目,使特色培育工作有力地向前推进了一大步。今后,学校特色培育工作的重点应落在科学精心地做好规划和选准培育特色两个着力点上。回顾浙江树人大学的特色培育过程,其经验就是必须大力倡导工作、学习、研究三结合,才能有力推进特色培育工作。此外,培育特色必须齐心协力、全员参与。

Characteristic cultivation is an important strategic for universities＇ further survival and development under today＇s high education popular status.Characteristic cultivation was carried out in Zhejiang Shuren University since 2009,and six characteristics of the projects were selected as the major tasks,which promoted the characteristic cultivation a big step forward.In the future,the work should be focused on scientific careful planning and selecting the right characteristics.Reviewing the characteristic cultivation history of Zhejiang Shuren University,the valuable experience is the combination of work,study,and research three together in order to effectively promote the work.Besides,characteristic cultivation also requires work together and full participation.
