基于都市圈一体化视角的治理机制研究

On Governance Mechanism of Metropolitan Integration

都市圈一体化是城市与区域经济发展的必然趋势,如何有效协调区域经济"碎片化"与"一体化"之间的内在矛盾,实现空间资源整合,是当前理论界与实践部门关注的焦点。本文将治理理论引入都市圈发展,指出创新治理机制是实现都市圈一体化的有效途径,并经过长期的研究与实践,基于治理的内涵和我国国情,提出构建多元复合型都市圈治理机制以推进长三角一体化进程。

Metropolitan integration is the inevitable trend in cities＇ and regional economic development.How to effectively coordinate the regional economy between ＂fragmentation＂ and ＂integration＂ and reach spatial resource integration,is the research focus of current theory and practice community sector.This paper combines the governance theory with metropolitan development,and points out that innovation governance mechanism is an effective way to achieve the integration of metropolitan area.Based on the meaning of governance and our national conditions,we can build multi-compound metropolitan governance mechanism to promote the Yangtze River Delta integration process.
