摘要
为客观地研究教师的教学风格,对1 050名在校大学生进行了教学行为需求的问卷调查,结果显示学生对教师教学行为的关注焦点集中在教师的个性特征、教学作风和教学方法三个维度。根据这一现象,本文得出一个由教师的个性特征、教学作风和教学方法所构成的三维结构教学风格模型,该模型在教学风格的分类、教学风格对于学生的适应性匹配以及教学评价方面具有现实意义。
In order to objectively study the teaching style,a survey is carried out on 1050 college students for their requirements for teaching.The result shows that students mainly focus on teachers' individuality,teaching manner and teaching method.According to this phenomenon,the author proposes a three-dimensional teaching model which included teachers' individuality,teaching manner and teaching method.This model has significant role for teaching style classification,the match between teaching styles and students requirements as well as teaching assessment.
