京津冀经济一体化中的科学决策与行政壁垒探讨

实现区域经济协调发展,资源合理配置,减少内耗,节约成本,促进区域可持续发展是社会经济发展的方向,然而,区域间的行政壁垒成为制约区域可持续发展的障碍和瓶颈。行政壁垒往往使一些领导决策缺乏科学性。如何打破这一瓶颈,成为一项重要的研究课题。本文以京津冀区域经济一体化为例,分析了三地间存在的行政壁垒,阐述了用科学发展观进行科学决策来破除行政壁垒的观点。
