对深圳大梅沙愿望岛风情酒吧街转型发展的几点思考

本文结合笔者对香港兰桂坊酒吧街的实地考察,综合比较了国内外知名酒吧街和商业街的发展脉络和经营之道,简要归纳出普通酒吧(商业)街成功经营所具备的几个基本条件,最后针对位于深圳市盐田辖区内的大梅沙愿望岛风情酒吧街转型发展,提出几点粗浅的建议和设想。

In this paper, the authors compare of the history of development and the management strategy of the well-known PubStreets or Shopping Streets at home and abroad, on the basis of field trips to the Hong Kong PubStreet, LanKwaiFong, then briefly summarize a few basic conditions for management successfully of the ordinary Bar （Shopping） Street. At last, the authors make a few preliminary proposals and ideas for transformational development of DaMeiSha Wishes Island Style PubStreet, which located in Yantian District, Shenzhen City.
