论影响当前农民增收的因素及解决对策

"三农"问题的根本是农民增收问题,农民增收问题不解决,"三农"问题就得不到根本的解决,而"三农"问题直接影响到整个国民经济的健康发展。本文从分析当前影响农民增收的因素入手,并在此基础上提出了几点解决对策。

The ＂Three Rural Issues＂ is essentially ab out the increase of the peasants’ income. Only by increasing the peasants’ income can the ＂Three Rural Issues＂ be fundamentally resolved. The ＂Three Rural Issues＂ has a direct impact on the healthy development of the entire national economy. By analyzing the factors that affect farmers’ income, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures for increasing the peasants’ income.
