论仲裁为经济服务与仲裁的司法监督

仲裁作为解决经济纠纷的一种合法并有效的手段,有其理论上的依据及制度上的特点。而在仲裁为经济服务的同时,也应依赖于司法的支持与监督。本文对仲裁解决经济纠纷的正当性及仲裁能解决好经济纠纷作了法律上的分析,论述了仲裁司法监督存在的不足,并对仲裁如何服务好经济提出了两点建议。
