“丰田召回事件”的浅析与反思

一向以品质著称于世的丰田正陷入令人难以置信的全球汽车召回门的局面。究竟是什么原因造成了大量丰田汽车出现了品质问题确实是一个值得深思的话题。本文就依据在日本及中国的丰田企业系列的现场所看到的现状谈几点看法,并借鉴其经验对今后我国汽车企业的发展提出加强品质建设的基本思路。

Toyota has become one of the world＇s leading auto companies with respect to quality. However, some quality problems have emerged in the last two years. Therefore its experience provides important lessons for Chinese auto companies that are concerned about quality. This article surveys the reasons for the problems in Toyota＇s quality control and then attempts to give some advice on controlling quality in Chinese auto companies.
