未来职业管弦乐团演奏者,应及早地、牢固地建立起将自己的艺术才能和个性融入乐队共性中的"群体意识"和"服从意识"。必须训练和发展自己"合奏式"的听觉,这是作为一名职业乐队演奏者应有的最基础的能力,但即使有良好的倾听能力,如果想获得良好的必备的调节能力,还必须有技术的积累、相关知识的积累和主动性。

As an undergraduate of orchestral specialty who is a will-be performer in a professional orchestra should early and firmly blend together his/her own artistic talents and personality and ＂group consciousness＂ and ＂obedience consciousness＂ in the band commonness.He/She should train and develop their own hearing of ＂orchestrated type＂,which is the most fundamental ability that a professional orchestra should have.However,any one with good hearing,if he/she wants to have good and necessary adjustment ability,is supposed to have the accumulations of techniques,relevant knowledge and initiative.
