卡维地洛治疗高血压伴阵发性房颤的临床研究

目的探讨卡维地洛对高血压伴阵发性心房颤动(AF)的疗效。方法选择169例高血压伴阵发性房颤(AF)患者随机分成两组,口服卡维地洛片实验组84例与对照组口服胺碘酮联合降压药85例,观察两组疗程24个月。结果实验组24个月后高血压、AF的控制率较对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论用卡维地洛减治疗高血压伴阵发性心房颤动患者可降低血压同时有效维持窦性心律,效果不低于传统的胺碘酮联合降压药。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of carvedilol combined with on dispersion in hypertensive patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation（AF）.Methods 169 hypertensive patients with AF were divided into two groups,control group,carvedilol treatment two groups,treatment group and both drug treatment group randomly was measured based on the electrocardiogram at the beginning after taking medicine.24 months of two grops.Results The experimental group after 24 months of hypertension,AF control rate than the control group showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Carvedilol capsule is helpful to prevent the recurrence of AF,also has definits curative effect in maintain sinus rhyme except control blood pasture,while carvedilol combined with capsule can not get a better therapeutic effect.
