来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床研究

Clinical observation of leflunomide combined with glucocorticosteroids in treating the patients with Refractory nephrotic syndrome

目的研究来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效、安全性和副反应。方法48例难治性肾病综合征患者,应用来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗6个月,用药期间观察尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、肾功能、胆固醇以及不良反应,6个月后行疗效和安全性的评价。结果来氟米特联合糖皮质激素(治疗组)治疗难治性肾病综合征尿蛋白缓解率为75%,高于环磷酰胺冲击(对照组)治疗的缓解率62.5%。结论来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗对难治性肾病综合征效果好且副作用轻,耐受性好。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Leflunomide combined with glucocorticosteroids in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods 48 patients with were treated with Leflunomide combined with glucocorticosteroids,this process is 6 months.During the treatment,24-hour urine protein quantity,albumin,renal function,cholesterol and adverse events were monitored.The efficacy and safety were evaluated six months later.Results Remission rate in treatment group is 75%,this is obvious better than that in control group.Conclusion Leflunomide combined with glucocorticosteroids was effective in,Leflunomide was well-tolerated.
