肺癌胸部多发性骨转移瘤影像分析

目的探讨肺癌胸部骨骼多发转移瘤X线及CT征象及鉴别诊断法。方法收集病理证实为原发性肺癌并胸部骨骼受侵88例。对胸部X线及CT征像进行分析。结果骨转移发生在肋骨68例、胸椎33例、肩胛骨8例、锁骨1例、胸骨10例。其X线和CT征像不同。结论CT较X线更能敏感显示骨转移瘤及对骨骼侵范程度及范围,是诊断骨转移瘤的理想检查方法。

Objective To explore the multiple bone metastases chest X-ray and CT findings sings and differential diagnosis.Methods Pathologically confirmed：Diagnosed with primary lung cancer and chest bone involvement totaled 88 cases.Analyzing for the chest X-ray and CT images.Results 68 cases occurred in the ribs,thoracic 33 cases,eight cases of the scapula,one case of clavicle and sternum 10 cases.But it had different signs on X-ray and CT.Conclusion CT being more sensitive than X-ray in showing the extent and scope on bone metastases to bone.And it is the ideal method on the diagnosis of multiple bone metastases.
