摘要
目前,大多数省级计量部门用于省内长度量块最高标准传递所使用的接触式干涉仪,均是六、七十年代设计生产的产品,存在诸多缺陷。本文介绍一种在稳定的机械结构基础上,用LM20测头代替原干涉仪测头,利用Delphi开发控制界面,建立控制箱和计算机的通信机制,从而控制测头上下移动,能智能化读取干涉仪数据并具有良好稳定性的量块检定方法。
At present the majority of contact interferometers,which are used for the highest standards delivery of measurement of gauge block length in most provinces,are produced from the sixties and the seventies,including many shortcomings.This paper introduces an advanced method of Gauge block verification.In this system,LM20 interferometer probe takes the place of the original probe and Delphi control interface is used.The control machine based on a stable mechanical structure communicates with computer to make the probe move up and down freely,and to get the test data intelligently and stability.
