摘要
本文介绍了光电跟踪成像消旋系统的基本原理,利用旋转变压器和轴角数字转换器(RDC),设计完成了一套高精度测角系统。系统采用去脉冲干扰滑动平均值法进行实时滤波,完成消旋系统在两轴两框架内任意位置的角度测量;采用信号变换的方法,成功解决了因旋转变压器安装位置的不同可能导致系统失控的问题。系统的成功运用显著提高了光电跟踪成像消旋系统的调试和生产的工作效率。
This paper describes the electro-optical tracking imaging despinning system.Using rotary transformers and rotary digital converters(RDC),a high-precision angle-measuring system is designed.The moving average algorithm by eliminating pulse interference is used for real-time filtering,and the system can complete measuring any angle position of the two-axis-two-frame platform system of pitch axis and azimuth axis.The method of signal translation is used to solve the problem that different installation position of rotary transformers may cause the system to tracking unstable.The successful application of the system significantly improves the debugging and production efficiency of the electro-optical tracking imaging despinning system.
