摘要
以乳酸和乙醇为原料合成α-羟基丙酸乙酯。考察了几种催化剂对合成α-羟基丙酸乙酯的影响效果,同时对催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间及温度对产品收率的影响进行考察。实验结果表明:以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,用量为3.0g,反应时间3h,反应温度120℃,物料比为1∶3,α-羟基丙酸乙酯的酯化率可达到86.6%,纯度为97.76%。说明该催化剂活性好,无污染,可作为催化合成α-羟基丙酸乙酯的良好的催化剂。
Lactic acid and ethyl alcohol were used as raw material to synthesizeα-ethyl lactate.Several catalysts were inspected to synthesize theα-ethyl lactate influence effect.Meanwhile,the amount used catalyst,allocated proportion of raw material,the reaction time and the temperature influence for the product receiving rate were explored.The experimental results indicated that takeing the sodium hydrogen sulfate as the catalyst,the amount used is 3.0g,reaction time is 3h,the reaction temperature is 120 oC,the material ratio is 1∶3,theα-ethyl lactate esterification rate may achieve 86.6%,the purity is 97.76%.It explained that this catalyst has the good activeness,does not have the pollution,may be as the good catalyst for the catalyzed synthesisа-ethyl lactate.
