浅谈大型仪器的维护与保养

Abstract Brief of Discussion on Maintenance of Large Laboratory Equipments

大型仪器设备是高校进行教学、科研和开展社会服务的重要资源,正确的使用和良好的维护不仅可以确保仪器始终保持良好的运行状态,还可以延长仪器使用寿命。本文结合作者在实验室的工作经验和体会,从安装环境、电源质量,清洁卫生,仪器校验,操作规程和仪器档案6个方面论述了大型仪器的若干维护保养方法,为相关人员提供参考。

Large instruments and equipments in laboratory are an important resource for teaching,research and implementation of social services.The correct usage and well maintenance will not only ensure that the equipment is always in good working condition,but also equipment life can be extended.From the installation environment,to power quality,sanitation,equipment calibration,operation procedures and equipment files,this article gives some key points on the usage and maintenance of these equipments,based on the experiences of the author in laboratory.It will be helpful to the maintaining workers,operators and related others.
