胰岛素泵与胰岛素多次皮下注射治疗2型糖尿病疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨并对比胰岛素泵(CSⅡ)与胰岛素多次皮下注射(MSⅡ)治疗2型糖尿病的效果及其安全性。方法选择2型糖尿病患者60例,患者分为两组,两组患者年龄及病程无统计学差异,CSⅡ组采用胰岛素泵及诺和灵R,将全日胰岛素分次泵入。MSⅡ组每日三餐前30min注射诺和灵R,睡前注射长效胰岛素,根据血糖水平调整胰岛素用量。结果 CSⅡ组胰岛素用量和低血糖发生率方面明显优于MSⅡ组。结论胰岛素泵可在短期内使血糖得到满意控制且患者依从性好,为一种安全、有效的糖尿病强化治疗手段。
