情绪管理治疗对儿童攻击性行为的干预研究

Effects of Emotion Regulation Therapy on Children with Aggressive Behavior

目的探讨情绪管理治疗对儿童攻击性行为的干预效果,为攻击性行为儿童的干预治疗提供依据。方法应用情绪管理治疗对68例有攻击性行为儿童及其家庭进行为期10周的干预,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(家长用)、90项症状自评量表进行干预前后评价。结果干预后比较显示Achenbach儿童行为量表总分和攻击性因子、社交能力、体诉有显著性降低(P<0.05),父母SCL-90中躯体化、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、敌对因子有显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论情绪管理治疗对儿童攻击性行为疗效肯定。

Objective To explore the effect of emotion regulation therapy on children with Aggressive behavior. Methods Use emotion regulation therapy to interfere in the 68 children with aggressive behavior and their family for ten weeks,use Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist（CBCL）（parents） and Symptom check list-90 to evaluate the effect. Results After the intervention,the level of con-score and the agents of aggressive,social intercourse and body symptom in CBCL had been depressed,the level of the agents of somatization,oblige, interpersonal relationship,anxiety,rivalry had been depressed. Conclusion The emotion regulation is useful in children with aggressive behavior.
