曲马多配伍咪唑安定用于鼻腔术后镇痛的效果观察

Clinical Observation of the Postoperative Analgesia with Combination of Tramadol and Midazolam after Nasal Surgery and Medicine Nursing

目的探讨关于曲马多配伍咪唑安定用于鼻腔术后镇痛效果的观察及用药护理。方法将177例鼻腔手术后患者术日当晚肌肉注射曲马多100mg、咪唑安定2mg作为观察组,将177例鼻腔手术后患者术后当晚肌肉注射安痛定2mL作为对照组。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组获得良好的镇痛效果。结论曲马多配伍咪唑安定可安全地用于鼻腔术后镇痛,效果优于单纯注射安痛定。

Objective Discussion on Clinical observation of the postoperative analgesia with combination of Tramadol and Midazolam after Nasal surgery and Medicine nursing. Methods The 177 cases of patients after nasal surgery on the evening of intramuscular injection of tramadol 100mg,midazolam 2mg,as the observation group,the 177 cases of patients after nasal surgery that evening Antongding 2mL intramuscular injection as a control group. Results The observation group compared with control group：Observer Group to obtain a good analgesic effect. Conclusion combination of Tramadol and Midazolam is safe for nasal analgesia is safe for the postoperative analgesia after nasal surgery and superior to simple injection of Antongding.
