摘要
结合贵州电网实际,提出了一种电网节能调度两阶段计算新方法。该方法把经济调度分为两个计算阶段:第一段按一般的经典法求解,不考虑系统网损,发电计划由耗量特征排序和等微增率准则决定;第二阶段计算最小网损下的发电计划修正。为了维持机组调节的稳定性,将发电计划改变最小作为网损修正的目标之一反映在网损修正目标函数中。为验证所提方法的有效性,引用了贵州520节点系统进行测试。计算结果表明所提方法不但能有效减少网络输电损耗和发电机组燃料消耗,还能最大限度地减少发电机组的调节量,有助于维持机组稳定运行。
This paper presents a new calculating method for economic power dispatch according to the practical conditions of Guizhou Power Grid. The proposed economic dispatch method consists of two stages. The first stage involves the classic economic power dispatch without considering network loss, where the generation plans are determined by the rank of consumption characteristics of the units and the equal incremental principle. The second stage involves calculating the power generation plans amendment when the network loss is minimal. In order to maintain the stability of unit adjustment, minimizing the change of power generation plan is one of the objects of network loss amendment. For showing the effectiveness of the proposed two stage economic dispatch approach, the Guizhou 520-bus system is used for testing. The test results show the two stage dispatch method can not only reduce the system losses and system fuel consumption, but also control the movement of the generator output.
