摘要
设计了一种大容量智能型能馈式蓄电池放电装置。该装置以IGBT为主要功率器件,采用数字控制方式,可满足2500~3000 Ah大容量蓄电池组放电需要。详细介绍了该装置的电路结构、参数设计及控制方法。引入分段式数字PID控制思想,解决了大电流放电时逆变器容易震荡失稳的问题。现场运行结果表明,该装置放电纹波小,工作稳定可靠,自动化程度高,监控便捷直观,具有良好的工程应用推广价值。
A new intelligent battery discharging device with feedback energy is designed. IGBT and digital control methods are applied in the device. This unit can satisfy the discharging requirement of high-capacity storage battery between 2500 Ah and 3000 Ah. This paper introduces detailedly the circuit structure, parameters design and control strategy. Inverters usually become concussive and lose their stability when work with high current discharging. To solve this problem, this paper introduces staged PID idea. The experimental results have proved that the device has small discharge ripples, good stablity and reliablity, convenient and visual monitoring, and a good engineering application value.
