摘要 高压变频器因具有节能、调速范围宽、调速精度高、动态响应快、运行效率高、操作方便等诸多优点,在电厂辅机中使用越来越广泛。虽然生产厂家在变频器制造过程中进行了可靠性设计,但由于变频器在长期使用过程中受温度、湿度、振动、灰尘、维护到位与否等因素的影响,或多或少会出现各种各样的异常及故障。针对两起较为典型的引风机变频器故障进行了分析,并对变频器的运行、维护等方面提出了建议。 With saving energy, wide speed range, high regulating precision, rapid dynamic response, high efficiency and operation easily, the high voltage frequency converter is more and more widely used in the auxiliary equipment of power plant. Although the frequency converter has been designed reliably in the manufacture process, it has also some various abnormities or faults caused by the long-term operation, maintenance, surrounding temperature, humidity, vibration, dust and so on. This paper analyzes the two typical faults of frequency converter of induced draft fan, and puts forward suggestions on operation and maintenance.
