新疆北部骆驼源细粒棘球绦虫成虫扫描电镜观察

Scanning Electron Microscopy Studies on the Adult Worms of Echinococcus granulosus of Camel Origin from Northern Xinjiang

摘要 从新疆北部地区感染囊型包虫病的骆驼肝、肺包囊中收取细粒棘球蚴原头节,实验感染家犬后,分别于第35天和第45天收集成虫进行扫描电镜观察。骆驼源细粒棘球绦虫成虫的外部形态特点:整个虫体表面被覆着微毛,与其他来源的成虫相比,其微毛相对浓密柔细,成熟体节的生殖孔有两种不同的形态:有雄茎伸出的生殖孔凹陷不明显,孔周区没有感觉乳头出现。在雄茎表面密布丝状微绒毛;没有雄茎伸出的生殖孔凹陷明显,孔周区有许多大小不等的感觉乳头,其形态特殊,可作为虫株鉴定的依据。成虫之间的异体交配可能是细粒棘球绦虫常见的生殖方式。 The external morphology of adult worms of Echinococcus granulosus from dogs at 35 and 45 days after infection with protoscolices of hydatid cysts on the involved liver and lung of camels are studied by using the scaning electron microscope. The tegument of adults are covered densely with microtriches which are longer and thiner as compared with another strains. There were two types in morphology of the genital pore in matured proglotids. The genital pores with a cirrus stretching out have no sensory papilla on the area of perigenital pore, the surface of cirrus are densely covered with relatively long microtriches and those of the genital pores without cirrus stretching out the fossa of genital pore are very distinct and there are many sensory papilla on the area of perigenital pore. The shape of sensory papilla is peculiar as characteristic for strain identification. The authors indicate that cross insemination may be a common feature of reproduction in E. granulosus and the possible functions of recognizing within a strain and of excluding between strains of the sensory aparatus in cross insemination are discussed.
