摘要
为了保证高梯度磁选机能正常运行,必须对其核心部件——激磁线圈进行缺水保护。将水位传感器与缺水报警电路PCB合理配合,在线圈排水口处组成多路、互不干涉的冷却水保护装置,当任意一根冷却水管中出现缺水时,都会马上提供报警信号,使主控制回路切断提供给线圈的电流,确保激磁线圈不会由于温度过高而被烧毁。
In order to guarantee the normal operation of the high gradient magnetic separators,the core components-excitation winding must be offered for water protection.With reasonable conjunction of water level sensors and detection amplifier circuit,a multichannel and non-interference protective device of cooling water could be set at the outfall of coils.When the shortage of water supply appeared in any inlet pipe,an alarm signal would be sent out immediately.This step could make the main control loop rupture the current provided to the excitation winding so that the coils would not be burnt due to over temperature.
