灭蚤灵粉剂实验室灭蚤毒效研究

The Toxicological Test of Miezaoling PowderAgainst Fleas in the Laboratory

用５种中草药复方配制成的灭蚤灵—１和灭蚤灵—６粉剂，经实验室观察对离体印鼠客蚤接触５分钟的击倒率分别为９７％和９８％，接触３０分钟经２４小时的死亡率分别为９６％和８２％。将灭蚤灵—６的接触时间延至１小时，经２４小时后其死亡率可提高到９０％。对鼠体印鼠客蚤的杀灭效果分别为９７％和８４％，灭蚤灵—１粉剂对离体棕形额蚤、方叶栉眼蚤和不等单蚤接触５分钟的击倒率均达１００％，接触３０分钟经２４小时的死亡率均达１００％。试验结果表明，两种灭蚤灵粉剂均具有速杀、高效及广谱特点。

The results of five kinds of Miezaoling-1 and Miezaoling-6 powder formulated with Chinese Herbal medicine in killing effects to fleas are reported. In the laboratory test,toxic effects (five minutes rate of knockdown) of Miezaoling-1 and Miezaoling-6 to free Xenopsylla cheopis were 97% and 98% respectively and Miezaoling-1 and Miezaoling-6 (thirty minutes mortality after 24 hours) were 96% and 82% repectively. The time of the fleas contacted with Miezaoling-6 which was prolonged one hour after 24 hours, the mortality went up 90%. The eradication rate of Miezaoling-1 and Miezaoling-6 to X.cheopis on Mus musculus were 97% and 84% respecitively. The toxic effects (five minutes rate of knockdown and thirty minutes mortality after 24 hours of Miezaoling-1 to free Frontopsylla spadix, Ctenophthalmus quadratus and Monopsylla anisus were all 100%. The results show that the efficiency of the widespectrum pesticides of Miezaoling-1 and Miezaoling-6 are excellent to fleas and the former more efficient than the latter.
