摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)、对苯二甲酸二(4-甲氧酰基苯基)酯(BMT)1、,6-己二醇(HDO)和α-羟基-ω-羧基D,L-低聚乳酸(OLA)为原料,在催化剂钛酸四丁酯作用下,熔融缩聚合成了一系列的共聚酯PHBTL。采用核磁共振(1H-NMR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析法(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)和偏光显微镜(POM)技术对共聚酯进行了结构与性能研究,研究结果表明,随着BMT含量的增加,共聚酯熔点(Tm)降低,XRD和POM结果均表明共聚酯为向列型液晶。
Melt polycondensation from dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), 1,6-hexanediol (HDO), oligo (lactic acid) (OLA) and bis(4-methoxycarbonyl phenyl) terephthalate (BMT) in the presence of titanium (IV) butoxide was carried out. The resulting copolyesters were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1 H-NMR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and polarizing optical microscopy (POM). The melting temperature (Tm) of the copolyesters decreased with increasing content of BMT. The results of XRD and POM indicated that the polymers were nematic liquid crystalline polymers.
