摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐、八氟戊醇为原料合成马来酸单酯,并进一步探索了以马来酸单酯、苯乙烯为聚合单体,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,丁酮为溶剂合成含氟整理剂。研究了合成马来酸单酯和含氟整理剂的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,合成马来酸单酯的最佳优化条件为:顺丁烯二酸酐与八氟戊醇的质量配比为1.2:1,反应温度为85~90℃,反应时间为4~5h,催化剂为无水乙酸钠,催化剂用量为八氟戊醇质量的6%,产物的转化率为98.87%。合成含氟整理剂的最佳条件是:马来酸单酯与苯乙烯的质量配比为2:1,反应温度为79℃,反应时间为4~5h,引发剂的用量为马来酸单酯质量的6%,丁酮用量为30mL,烘干温度为90℃,整理剂防油级别为6级。
Maleic monoester has been synthesized by maleic anhydride and octafluoropentanol, fluorine-contained finishing agent has been synthesized by maleic monoester and phenylethylene with the polymerization initiator of benzoyl peroxide and the solvent of methylethyl ketone. The superior extraction condition of synthesis of maleic monoester and fluorine-contained finishing agent were investigated. The results showed that the superior reaction conditions of synthesis maleic monoester were identified as, the mole ratio of maleic anhydride to octafluoropentanol was 1.2 -1, reaction temperature was 85-90℃, reaction time was 4-5h, the sort of catalyst was sodium acetate anhydrous, the amount of catalyst was 6% of octafluoropentanol, so the conversion ratio of products was 98. 87%. The superior reaction conditions of syn- thesis of fluorine-contained finishing agent are identified as, the mole ratio of maleic monoester to phenylethylene was 2 : 1, reaction temperature was 79℃, reaction time was 4--5h, the amount of polymerization initiator was 6% of maleic monoester, the amount of methylethyl ketone was 30mL, and the level of oil proof was 6.
