Recently, urban commercial banks have reorganized by many ways, which have been reinforced greatly.Through comparison amony the five models of commerical banks reorganization,we find that each of the five models has its own advantages and weak points. The model choosing is decided by its own characteristics.The general trend is to follow the principle of marketization,to eliminate the administrative intervention of local government on urban commercial banks＇ reorganization and operation; to promote them to set up and pefect corporation governing structure and risk defending mechanisms, to become modern financial organization in a real sense.
