区域中心城市核心竞争力的评价体系及其政策因应

Assessment System and Policy Response of Core Competitive Power in Regional Center Cities

城市核心竞争力作为城市持续竞争优势的源泉,对现代城市的发展起着至关重要的作用。对重庆市六个区域中心城市的综合竞争力分析表明,区域中心城市核心竞争力较强,具有提升潜能,但目前存在经济体量不大、积聚能力较弱、城市品质不够优、开发步伐不够快等差距。为此,应加大产业培育,完善综合服务能力,加大区域经济合作。

Core competitiveness, as the source of a city＇s sustained competitiveness, plays an important role in the develop- ment of a modem city. Through the analysis of the comprehensive competitiveness of the six regional central cities in Chongqing, the core competitiveness of the regional central cities is quite strong, and it has the potential to be improved. However, it has the weak points of not large quantity, weak build-up ability, not good enough in urban quality, not quick enough in development step and so on. Therefore, we should strengthen industrial cultivation, perfect comprehensive service ability and increase regional economic cooperation.
