大豆RIL群体ZKS-HX的构建及遗传结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 选用全国种植时间最长(20多a)且累计种植面积最大(1.3×106hm2)的栽培大豆(G.max)品种合丰25为母本,高蛋白、结荚多的半野生大豆(G.gracilus)新民6号为父本杂交得到F2∶8代122个重组自交系(RIL)群体(ZKS-HX),利用124个SSR标记对大豆RIL群体进行遗传组成分析,结果表明,父、母本对群体的遗传贡献分别为0.529和0.471,2个亲本在群体中的分离比例相近,总体上未出现严重偏离1∶1的分离比例,群体各家系基因型组成近似符合正态分布,适合遗传作图研究。 One hundred twenty-two F2.8 recombinant inbred lines(ZKS- HX) were created by the cross of Hefeng 25 × Xinmin No. 6. Hefeng 25 is the national longest (20 years) planting cultivar and the total cultivated area up to 1.3 million hectares. Xinmin No. 6 was a high-protein, semi-wild soybean(G. Gracilus). Genetic composition of the soybean RIL population was analyzed by using 124 SSR markers. The results showed that the genetic contribution of two parents were 0. 529 and 0. 471 respectively, the two parental separation in groups similar to the proportion of the whole, no serious deviation from 1 : 1 segregation ratio was observed. The community various pedigrees genotype composition approximate match normal distribution, suits the heredity mapping research.
