不同加温方式对温室胡萝卜加代繁殖的增温效果初探 被引量:4

摘要 为加快育种进程,在冬季温室中,分别设地热线加温+小拱棚覆盖、地热线加温、温室无加温(CK)3种处理,研究不同加温方式对胡萝卜甜红1号母本采种小株生长发育的影响。结果表明,无论是晴天还是阴天,地热线加温+小拱棚覆盖的加温方式对10 cm内地温和地表气温的增温效果最明显。经地热线加温+小拱棚覆盖加温处理的胡萝卜幼苗叶片数、株高、地上部鲜质量显著高于温室无加温处理,地热线加温处理也有一定的增温效果,但不及地热线加温+小拱棚覆盖的明显。地热线加温+小拱棚覆盖处理的采种小株收获时叶片数多,地上部鲜质量高,肉质根发育最好。地热线加温处理采种小株除叶片数、地上部鲜质量外,其他指标均显著高于温室无加温处理。 In order to accelerate carrot breeding process,three treatments(heating wire plus low tunnel, heating wire and greenhouse without heating)were carried out to study their effects on growth and development of female parent carrot plants for seed collection of Sweet and Red No 1 hybrid. Heating wire plus low tunnel treatment can significantly improve soil temperature under ground 10 cm or less and surface no mater in the sunny or cloudy day. The leaves number, height of plants and fresh weight of aboveground part of carrot seedlings treated by heating wire plus low tunnel are remarkably higher than that of treated by greenhouse without heating. Heating wire treatment has certain contribution to temperature improvement but was not as effective as "heating wire plus low tunnel". Female parent carrot plant for seeding collection treated by "heating wire plus low tunnel" has more leaves, heaviest aboveground fresh weight and best-developed roots. Heating wire treatment obtaine significant improvements in many aspects than greenhouse without heating except leave numbers and aboveground fresh weight.
