摘要
阐述了油气输送管3PE防腐层的结构完整性内涵,分析了阴极剥离的发生机理及产生条件,通过试验研究了涂层厚度对抗阴极剥离性能的影响,并结合防腐层涂敷工艺总结了可能影响该性能的几个因素,对相关工艺提出了建议。
Structural integrity connotation of transporting oil and gas pipe 3PE coating was expatiated in this article,and occurring mechanism and condition of cathodic disbonding were analyzed.The effect on anti-cathodic disbonding performance was studied through test,combined with anti-corrosion coating process several influence factors were put forward,and some suggestion to corresponding process were put forward.
