摘要 对海上浮吊用Q690E调质钢直缝埋弧焊钢管的生产工艺进行了试验研究,结果表明,钢板的化学成分、组织及热处理状态对钢管的焊接性影响较大。采用单丝多层多道埋弧焊,严格控制线能量,并采取焊前预热、控制层间温度、焊后保温缓冷等工艺措施,可获得良好的性能。钢管反复整圆对焊接接头性能有较大影响,使焊缝强度升高,韧性下降。通过优化预弯和折弯工艺,提高成型管的圆度,减少整圆量,可有效地减小整圆对钢管性能的影响。 The manufacturing technique of Q690E SAWL steel pipe used in marine floating crane was experimented in this paper.The results showed that the chemical composition,microstructure and heat treatment condition of steel plate greatly influenced welding performance.Good performance has been obtained by using single wire multi-layer multi-pass submerged arc welding,strictly controlling the energy input,preheating before welding,controlling interpass temperature and holding temperature after welding.The properties of welding joint was affected by repeated completing circle which enhance weld strength and reduce toughness.By means of optimizing prebending and bending process to enhance the roundness of the shaped pipe,decrease complete circle,and the influence on steel pipe properties could be effectively reduced.
