血凝酶在前列腺增生电切术中止血效果及安全性研究

Study on the hemostatic effect and safety of hemocoagulase during the operation of transurethral resection of prostate

目的观察注射用血凝酶(巴曲亭)在经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术中止血效果及安全性。方法选择拟行TURP患者60例,随机分为巴曲亭组、卡络磺钠组和空白对照组,每组20例。巴曲亭组术中静脉予以巴曲亭2U,卡络磺钠组静脉予以卡络磺钠80g,空白对照组不予以任何药物。计算切除每克前列腺组织出血量。比较止血效果并观察其安全性。结果巴曲亭组和卡磺钠组比空白对照组出血量少、手术时间短(P<0.05)。巴曲亭组和卡磺钠组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴曲亭和卡络磺钠都可明显减少TURP手术过程中的出血量、缩短手术时间;巴曲亭止血效果优于卡络磺钠,缩短手术时间比卡络磺钠更明显。

Objective To observe the haemostatic effect and safety of hemocoagulase injection during the operation of transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）.Methods 60 patients who underwent TURP were randomly divided into hemocoagulase group,carbazochrome sodium sulfonate group and control group,20 cases in each group. The patients in preoperative hemocoagulase group were treated by intravenous drip with hemocoagulase 2U,the patients in carbazochrome sodium sulfonate group were treated by intravenous drip with carbazochrome sodium sulfonate 80g,and the patients in control group were not treated with any drug. The bleeding amount of per gram of resected prostate tissue was calculated and the hemostatic effect and safety were compared among the three groups.Results The bleeding amount in control group was more than that of the other two groups,however,the operative time in control group was more than that of the other two groups,there were significant differences between hemocoagulase group and carbazochrome sodium sulfonate group.Conclusion The injection of hemocoagulase and carbazochrome sodium sulfonate during TURP can significantly reduce the bleeding amount and the operative time.The hemostatic effect of hemocoagulase injection is better than that of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate.
