摘要
通过室内盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度的土荆芥浸提液处理对小麦、水稻的生长和抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,低浓度土荆芥浸提液对小麦、水稻的生长影响不大,较高浓度土荆芥浸提液处理明显抑制小麦、水稻的茎和根的伸长,降低植株干物质积累;低浓度土荆芥浸提液处理的SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性及MDA(丙二醛)含量均高于对照。当土荆芥浸提液浓度为0.125 g/mL时,小麦SOD活性达到最高,之后随着土荆芥浸提液浓度逐渐升高,SOD活性随之降低。但是随着土荆芥浸提液浓度的提高,小麦、水稻的POD、CAT活性及MDA含量呈逐渐上升趋势;小麦抗氧化酶活性增加的趋势均高于水稻。
The pot experiment was conducted to study effects of C. ambrosioides extracts with different concentration on growth, anti-oxidizing enzyme activity and MDA content of rice and wheat. The results showed that the C. ambrosioides extract with low concentration had no obvious effect on growth of rice and wheat, the C. arnbrosioides extract with high concentration obviously restrained stem and root elongation of wheat and rice and reduced dry matter accumulation, and the SOD, POD and CAT activity and MDA content of wheat and rice treated by the C. arnbrosioides extract with low concentration were higher than CK. The SOD activity of wheat treated by the C. arnbrosioides extract with 0. 125g/ml concentration was the highest and then reduced with increment of C. ambrosioides concentration. The POD and CAT activity and MDA content of rice and wheat increased with increment of C. arnbrosioides concentration and the antioxidizing enzyme activity of wheat was higher than rice.
