不同浓度多效唑对大棚马铃薯生长调控的效果 被引量:20

摘要 研究不同多效唑浓度对大棚马铃薯生长调控的影响,为大棚马铃薯生长调节剂的应用提供理论依据,并为多效唑的合理施用浓度提供参考。试验设6个多效唑处理浓度,对大棚马铃薯现蕾期叶片进行喷施。喷后15 d测定株高、茎粗、分枝数,并测定叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率。收获后测定单株结薯数、单薯重量、块茎产量及块茎中可溶性糖、淀粉和水分含量。结果表明,不同浓度多效唑处理后,马铃薯植株明显矮化、茎变粗,产量及品质明显提高;叶片光合速率、叶绿素、可溶性糖以及淀粉含量均升高,但水分含量有所降低。多效唑以200 mg/L处理浓度时,对大棚马铃薯的作用效果最好。 The potato plants at flower budding stage were sprayed by dlfterent paclobutrazol concentration to determine plant height, stem diameter, shoots, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate after 15 d and measured potato number per plant, single potato weight, yield, soluble sugar content, starch content and water content after harvest for providing reference for rational application of paclobutrazol. The results showed that spraying paclobutrazol could decrease plant height, increase stem diameter, potato yield and quality obviously, raise leaf photosynthetic rate and contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and starch, and reduce water content. The optimum paclobutrazol concentration for potato plants planted in greenhouse is 200 mg/L.
