响应曲面分析法优化微波干法制备阳离子淀粉工艺条件 被引量:5

摘要 以玉米淀粉为原料,微波干法制备阳离子淀粉,运用正交试验结果考察制备工艺的影响因素,利用响应曲面分析法优化制备工艺。结果表明,制备阳离子淀粉最佳的工艺条件为:淀粉用量20 g;反应温度59.6℃;2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵用量0.222 g;反应时间6.76 min;微波功率400 W;NaOH用量0.16 g;水分含量为20%,可制得取代度为0.231的阳离子淀粉。 The cationic starch was prepared from maize starch by microwave dry method. The orthogonal test was used to study the factors of affecting preparation technology that was optimized by response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimum technology of preparing cationic starch included 20g maize starch, 0. 222 g GTA, 0. 16 g NaOH, 59.6℃, 400 W microwave power, 20% water content for 6. 76 min, and the cationic starch with 0. 231 substitution degree could be prepared by the optimum technology.
