General Planning of Modern Ecological Agricultural Development in Xinfeng County,Guangdong Province

探讨了新丰县现代生态农业发展总体规划的思路、原则、目标、功能分区与空间布局、农业结构调整思路与方向、规划实施对策等。认为全县应构建农业"一中心二带三区四心"格局,即建立一个农产品综合服务与农业物流中心、两条农业垂直空间分布带、三大特色农业功能区、四个农业经济次中心,进而形成"一横三纵"农业经济走廊。并从产业结构和产品结构方面提出了全县农业结构调整的方向。

The paper discusses thinking, principle, target, function division, spatial arrangement and countermeasures of general planning for development of modern ecological agriculture in Xinfeng County and puts forward the pattern including a center for agricultural products comprehensive service and agricultural logistics, two agricultural vertical spatial distribution belts, three function divisions of special agriculture and four secondary agricultural economic centers to form an agricultural economic passageway. The paper points out the direction of agricultural structure adjustment from aspects of industrial and products structure in Xinfeng County at the same time.
