外用咪喹莫特治疗扁平疣的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of imiquimod 5% cream on flat wart

目的探讨外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏(艾达乐)治疗扁平疣的有效性和安全性。方法选择扁平疣患者64例,分成2组,分别给予单纯外用咪喹莫特、外用0.025%维甲酸软膏3个月,期间定期复诊,记录患者的药物反应、皮疹变化情况。结果各组患者有效率分别为79.4%、73.3%。各组治疗前与治疗后的皮损数量有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疗效之间无统计学差异。无严重不良反应发生。结论外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏(艾达乐)治疗扁平疣安全有效。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of imiquimod 5% cream（Aldara） in treatment of flat wart.Methods Sixtyfour patients with flat wart were divided into 2 groups.Patients in groups 1 and 2 received topical imiquimod 5% cream and topical 0.025% retinoic acid ointment for 3 months,respectively.Al1 patients were followed up once each month during which the efficacy and side effects of the two drugs were recorded.Results The effective rate for the two groups was 79.4% and 73.3%,respectively,after 3-month treatment.A difference in skin lesions was found before and after treatment（P0.05）.No severe side effects were observed.Conclusion Imiquimod 5% cream is effective,safe,and convenient for flat wart.
