摘要 端粒/端粒酶系统可以调节细胞的增殖。通过抑制端粒酶的活性而抑制细胞的增殖,是一种肿瘤治疗的策略;通过激活端粒酶的表达而促进细胞增殖,可以治疗某些退形性疾病。近年来对此系统的研究成为热点,本文就端粒酶的作用、调节及其与肿瘤、细胞永生化方面进行综述。
