摘要
针对凿岩机缸体激光热处理机控制器设计中要求系统同时执行多个任务,且能对每个任务做出实时响应的特点,介绍了基于RTX51 Tiny实时操作系统的程序设计方法。把软件要完成的功能分解为7个任务,控制4台电机的协同工作。实际运行结果表明,较好地达到了系统的控制目标要求,大大提高了软件的开发效率。
According to the controller design of laser heat treatment machine for rock drill block requirements the system to perform multiple tasks at the same time, but also for each task to make real-time response characteristics. The soft design method based on RTX51 real-time operating system in detail was introduced. The software to complete the functionality was decomposed into seven tasks to control four motors working together. Actual operation results show that better control effects can be obtained,and the efficiency of software development has been enhanced greatly.
