摘要
以有限元结构分析和优化算法相结合为手段,以某全液压履带装载机车架为例,利用Altair的Optistruct模块,对车架进行了拓扑优化,根据拓扑优化的应力云图考虑到制造与加工、生产的需要,确定了车架的最优设计方法。计算结果表明该方法行之有效,从而为工程机械中一般车架的优化设计提供了一种很好的计算仿真方法。
Based on Optistruct of altair hyperworks, a full hydraulic load track frame was studied by Altair's Optistruct module, first, the topology optimization of frame is conducted, then taking into account the stress cloud picture and manufacturing, processing, production needs, the optimal design of the frame is determined. The results show that the optimal design method of effective and efficient, an excellent simulation method of calculation has been provided for optimization of the frame construction machinery in general.
