摘要
加工中心加工行星架的行星孔和行星圆弧内表面,由于3个孔的尺寸直接用一个坐标系加工计算复杂,还容易出错。在此介绍2种工件坐标系设定方法加工以上的表面。其一利用加工中心的准备功能G92进行坐标系的设定,其二利用准备功能G54-G59设定多个坐标系,进行坐标系的转换。使编程更简便、准确。
It is the computational complexity and error-prone that three holes are processed by using a coordinate system,when machining a planet arc hole of planet frame and the inner surface of the planet were machined. Two kinds of workpiece coordinate system are introduced to processe the above surface. Firstly, one workpiece coordinate system is set by the prepared function -G92. Secondly, several workpiece coordinate system is set by the prepared function-G54 -G59. In this way,making programming easier and accurate.
