摘要
基于CAXA-ME的CAD/CAM功能,对板类槽型零件进行3D造型设计,通过毛坯的设置和数控加工方式的选取及工艺参数的设定,生成刀具加工轨迹和NC程序,并对加工过程进行数控仿真,实现轨迹干涉检验和优化处理。
The part solid model was generated according to the dimensions of the part drawing. By means of parameters institution for NC machining, NC program could be generated and processing route was checked and amended after simulating process based on the CAD/CAM functions of CAXA -ME.
